My answer is yes and no. Just like everything else it really depends on the individual’s goals. There are tons of studies that show that individuals who participated in cardio on an empty stomach burned twenty percent more fat than individuals who were to have eaten a meal prior to cardio. If pure weight loss is what you’re aiming for then yes but always to a certain extent. Do not think if I do fasted cardio everyday I’ll lose all the weight yeah you might drop the weight and the numbers will show but keep in mind how the rest of your internals are reacting in result of the fasted cardio everyday so just be conscious of your choices as you don’t want to cause another problem while fixing one.
